Question 1..

Dear Diary

I woke up in the morning and discovered I was eight feet tall. I
simply couldn’t believe my eyes while I was looking into the mirror.
Could anyone tell my what was happening? Sitting on my bed quietly,
I was trying to memorize cautiously what I had eaten or done
carelessly the last night. After school… dinner… playing
computer… suddenly, there was a soft gust of chilly wind hit my
back! I heard the sound of breaking glass. Lifting my head, I saw
that there was some white powder near the fallen bottle. My sixth
sense told me, the white powder was the reason of my change!
However, how could I change back to my own self?

I was confused and didn’t want to think about that. Going out for a
rest and fresh air, I thought it might be better for me. Walking
aimlessly, I saw everyone staring at me strangely and trying to avoid
as I approached them. I must be a monster in their eyes! How
depressing!

Kept walking and walking, I didn’t know that I had already arrived at
a hospital. In my hesitation, should I enter the hospital? Would
the doctor treat me as a monster? After taking a careful
consideration, I buckled up my courage and entered into it.

All of a sudden, I felt dizzy and fell unconscious. When I fainted
away and closed my eyes, I noticed that some people were coming for
me and asking me nervously. “Hey! What’s wrong with you?” I tried
to reply them but I fell unconscious.

Opening my eyes gradually, I became disillusioned and saw a doctor
stand near me. The doctor told me that there was a number of people
turned to eight feet tall like me. Nobody knew the reason but
believed that we might have eaten something wrong, so the result was
to be eight feet tall. He gave me some medicine. Luckily, a few
minutes later, I turned to be normal again! Congratulations to me!
I promised myself I won’t eat carelessly next time.

Question 45..

The answer is D.

Being "convenient" to ... is the right answer.

For Option A and B, 'being allowed/possible to check your
mobile as ...' is grammatically correct but not making any
sense when reading the whole sentence.
As for Option C, the whole sentence would become " being
convenient to check your mobile...' may sound logical but
we so seldom describe it this way. Instead we may rather
say 'it is convenient to check your mobile...'.
